When do you work? : Monday 12 - 8 pm,  Tuesday 9 - 5 pm and Wednesday 12 -5 pm 

How many sessions will I need?: We can discuss whether short-term or long-term work feels right for you. Usually short-term work would last between 8-12 sessions. Long-term work is more open ended but is regularly reviewed together to make  sure it is still the best choice for you. Each session is 1 hour. We will meet at a mutually agreed time and will not be disturbed for the length of the session

How and when do I pay?: Due to COVID all session fees are by bank transfer on the day of your session or the day before if this is more convenient. I will send my BACS details beforehand along with my counselling agreement which will be discussed with you in your first session.

What is your cancellation policy?: I do not charge for cancellations if 48 hours notice has been given. If there is less than 48hours notice the cancellation fee will be the session fee.

Can I add you on social media?: Whilst our therapeutic relationship is friendly it is also a professional relationship, therefore, to protect the boundaries of this relationship I do not communicate with clients past or present on social media.

Can I contact you between session?: Contact between sessions is minimal and used for administration such as booking or cancelling a session or in case of technical difficulties whilst working on-line. If there is a life threatening emergency please call 999 or go to the nearest A&E or call The Samaritans on 116 123
