Fees 

 
I offer a free 30 minute introduction call with no obligation

Thereafter my fees are  

​

• IFS therapy - individuals £60 per hour

​​

• Counselling - individuals £60 per hour
   

• EMDR - individuals £60 per hour, sessions usually are 60 or 90 mins
   

• Supervision - £60 per hour

​

Sessions are one-to-one for 1hour and usually on a weekly basis to begin with, in EMDR some of the sessions can be for 1.5 hours.

I offer a limited number of reduced-rate sessions, please contact me for more information.

I normally review my fees to keep in line with costs and inflation and will give you a month's notice of any fee increase.
